This custom workout routine we be designed specifically for you. This workout routine will be based upon information you provide, such as your current goals, stats, and the equipment available to you, then one of Pro-Strongman's elite athletes will design a routine that will take you to the next level. From there its all up to you. The workout routine will be a 12 week program, and provide you the necessary information, including links to videos of Pro-Strongman's elite athletes demonstrating the movement.
