Reverse hypers
High-rep partial deadlifts
Squat Big!
Secret #1: Take a wider stance!
Secret #2: Get a tight arch!
Secret #3: Spread the floor by pushing on the outside of your feet and out with knees!
Secret #4: Drive your head into the bar keeping your jaw bone in line with clavicle!
Secret #5: The hips should move before the knees!
Secret #6: Use the box squat!
Secret #7: Take a deep belly breath and push out with abs!
Secret #8: Build the glutes and hamstrings!
